Guests may start arriving at 5. The wedding ceremony starts at 5:30, followed by cocktail hour. The reception then follows shortly after cocktail hour. There is a hard cutoff on the wedding reception ending at 11:00, which will then lead everyone to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to continue the celebration.
Dress to impress- formal attire. The wedding venue is outdoors so it is at your own discretion on how warm/cold you think you will be. Keep in mind the reception will be during February in South Florida, so the temperature may be a little more chilly than the usual South Florida conditions you may be used to. Layers or light warmth garments would probably be the safest bet if you are not familiar with Florida conditions during winter. If you run cold you may want to prepare yourself by bringing thicker/heavier garments, as the venue/reception will be outside.

Deadline to RSVP is by January 1st. Preferably, we advise to RSVP as soon as possible, in order to coordinate head counts for the vendors.
No photos and videos please during the ceremony. I know it will be tempting to take out your phone, but please resist the temptation and be in the moment. We'll have a photographer and videographer and will share all the photos with you.
Hotel recommendations are on the 'Travel' tab of this website. The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will be the primary recommendation. There are 3 'towers' that are part of the Hard Rock location, each offering different types of rooms and pricing brackets. All other hotels recommended will be within 10 miles driving distance to the venue.
Of course- please reach out to us ASAP so we can plan accordingly. We will be serving both types of proteins as a dual-entree meal so there is no need to choose steak or chicken. If you are vegetarian or vegan please reach out so we can accommodate your diet with the caterer.
We do not have transportation planned, however, the venue is centrally located to the city and it should not be an issue getting an Uber/Lyft/Taxi etc. If you take your own car to the venue, there will also be complimentary valet parking.
