We suggest bringing a wrap or jacket for all events. The wedding will take place outdoors and some inclined walking will be involved (though not strenuous). Please consider appropriate shoes, or golf cart rides will be provided.
Yes! We are providing shuttles to our events - see below. FRIDAY - WELCOME DRINKS 7:30 p.m. A shuttle for guests staying at Bishop's Lodge will depart for the Sunset Terrace. Guests staying on the square or in an Airbnb can walk or arrange a ride share. There are several entrances to the building where the Sunset Terrace is located (put 131 W. Water St. into your GPS). Use the entrance on W. Water St. and take the elevator to the third floor — this entrance is directly across the street from Coyote Cafe. 10:00 p.m. A shuttle specifically for guests staying at Bishop's Lodge will head back to the hotel. SATURDAY - CEREMONY and RECEPTION 3:45 p.m. Shuttle pick up at both the Drury Hotel and the Inn on the Alameda Drop off at Bishop's Lodge for the 4:30 p.m. Ceremony 8:30 p.m. — Midnight Round trip shuttles running from Bishop's Lodge to the Drury Hotel/Inn on the Alameda and back to Bishop's Lodge CAN'T FIND THE SHUTTLE? Santa Fe Regional Airport (SAF) The drive from the airport to Santa Fe is approximately 20 minutes and options include Uber & Lyft (usually available) or renting a car. Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ) The drive from the airport to Santa Fe is approximately 1 hour and options include Uber & Lyft (usually available) or renting a car. Santa Fe is a very walkable city, especially when staying close to Santa Fe Plaza. Renting a car is recommended for the weekend, though Ubers are sometimes available.
