Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

We hope to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside. October in MN can be cold or warm, so please look ahead and dress accordingly! The reception will be indoors in the heated and air conditioned barn.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at Bloom Lake Barn. Cars may be left overnight, but must be picked up by 9am Sunday morning. There will be shuttles back to the main hotels if you party too hard!

Is the wedding reception held at the same location as the wedding ceremony?

Yes, both the wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Bloom Lake Barn in Shafer, MN.

Guests are encouraged to arrive at 3:30pm. The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, but feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour, reception and dancing!
