What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding will start promptly at 5pm. Please be seated by this time, guests arriving after 5pm will be seated after the processional. Doors to the venue will open at 4:30pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We will have a shuttle starting at 4:15pm running between the Hilton and St. James. The last shuttle will depart at 4:50, the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Shuttles will resume from 12:15am-1am.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you're already in town the night before, feel free to join us after our rehearsal dinner for a drink on 12/30 around 7:30pm. Otherwise, we look forward to celebrating with you on the 31st! We're also hosting a brunch on New Years Day at Copper on King at 11am. Join us for some comfort food and a Bloody Mary to recap the night!

We love your children, but this will be an adults-only event. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!
