We have reserved 12 tables together under the Festival Tent at the Saratoga Race Course for Saturday, August 22nd. Each table seats 6 guests, for a total of 72 seats (72 tickets). Tickets will be provided and distributed to those joining us. We also have the option to add more tables if needed. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, and larger coolers are allowed. Children 12 and under are admitted free with an accompanying parent or guardian, and do not require an admission ticket. Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from our venue, Fossil Stone Farm. Shuttles will depart from the Comfort Inn & Suites (17 Old Gick Rd., Saratoga Springs, NY) at 2:45 P.M. and 3:45 P.M. For guests staying downtown, separate transportation will also be available from The Adelphi Hotel. If you would prefer to join us there, please let us know in advance so we can arrange your transportation. At the end of the evening, return shuttles will depart from Fossil Stone Farm to both The Adelphi Hotel and the Comfort Inn & Suites at 9:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. Rideshare services, including Uber and Lyft, are readily available throughout Saratoga Springs. If you plan to use Uber, feel free to use the code ANDERSON for a discount on your ride. During the summer months, Saratoga also offers a free trolley service that provides convenient transportation to popular destinations including Broadway, Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Casino Hotel, and Historic Congress Park. For those who aren't ready for the celebration to end, join us after the wedding at The Night Owl (17 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866)! Transportation will be provided from our venue to downtown Saratoga Springs, making it easy to continue the festivities. We hope to celebrate with you late into the evening!

Dinner will be served buffet-style featuring an upscale BBQ menu. We can’t wait to share a delicious spread with you! Please reach out ahead of time with any food allergies or special dietary requests so we can accommodate you. We will have an open bar available throughout the celebration for all guests to enjoy responsibly.
We want you to be able to relax and enjoy the celebration to the fullest. Children will be part of the ceremony, and you are welcome to bring your little ones if needed, please let us know with your RSVP. Outside of the ceremony, the celebration will be designed for an adults-only crowd.
