Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony begins at 4:30pm, so please arrive any time between 4:00-4:15pm to mingle and have a drink before.

Where do we park?

Answer

As you approach the Cap K on the Frying Pan Road we will have signage to direct you to the parking area. There will also be a drop-off area closer to the Ceremony location. Watch for the signs once you hit mile 9!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception are outdoors. At the Reception we will have a tent, but still plan to bring an extra layer for the cooler evening temperatures. Please also consider shoes appropriate for walking on grass and some gravel from the parking area.

What should I wear?

Answer

We genuinely want you to wear whatever you'll feel best in! The Welcome Event is "Elevated Casual" attire so think casual dresses, nice denim, boots, button-downs, and layers for the cooler evening. You can dress up or dress down - whatever makes you feel your best in a relaxed mountain setting. The Wedding is "Cocktail" attire so think suits, sport coats, or polished denim with a nice shirt for men; midi or long dresses for women. Wear what feels authentic to you - just make it a nice version of it. Please choose sensible shoes as the ground is uneven and plan to layer up for the evening. If you'd like add some Western flare to your attire, we love it!

Will there be cell service?

Answer

While the Cap K is outside cellular reception, we have a wifi network you can connect to if you need to reach anyone.
