We're getting married!

Our story began in the hallways of Benjamin Franklin Middle School. On one of Lizzie’s first days in Valpo, a mutual friend introduced us by our lockers in sixth grade. What started as a simple introduction quickly turned into an easy friendship, the kind that only grew stronger as the years went on. We 'dated' for six weeks when we were in seventh grade, but quickly found out that 'dating' doesn't really work when your dad says you can't go on dates until you're sixteen. At 15 and 16, we officially became high school sweethearts. From Friday night games and school dances to road trips and study dates, we made memories that will always be a part of us. After graduating together in 2021, our journey took us to Purdue, where we kept growing side by side. College brought plenty of late nights, new adventures, and a whole lot of cheering each other on. He graduated in spring 2025, and she was right behind him, graduating in fall 2025. From middle school lockers to college caps and gowns, we’ve truly grown up together. Now, we can’t wait to start the next chapter, married life, surrounded by the people who have cheered us on every step of the way.
