Is there a dress code?

Our wedding is a black-tie affair. We kindly request formal evening attire — tuxedos or dark suit with white shirt and tie/bowtie for gentlemen and floor-length non-white gowns for ladies. Timeless elegance is always welcome.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
We would love for guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or anything very light colored. Otherwise, timeless neutrals or rich jewel tones are encouraged to complement the evening's ambiance.

Is there a dress code for the Welcome Party
Answer
We kindly ask guests to wear beach-inspired cocktail attire for our welcome party. Think elevated resort wear: breezy maxi dresses, dressy sundresses, jumpsuits, linen sets, collared shirts, and tailored pants. Please no jeans, flip flops, of overlly casual wear. Is there a hotel room block?

Yes! We've reserved a block of rooms at the St. Regis Longboat Key, a luxurious experience that we would love for everyone to enjoy throughout the wedding weekend. You can find booking details on our Travel page. We encourage booking early to guarantee availability as rooms are limited and will fill quickly. If you would like an upgraded room outside the room block, please let us know so we can add it for you. Please book your rooms by October 10th.

While we would love for everyone to stay at The St. Regis Longboat Key, we understand that preferences and availability may vary. We also recommend The Westin Sarasota, a beautiful property about 10 minutes away that offers a wonderful experience for your stay. Booking details can be found on our Travel page.

What time should we arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. We kindly ask guests to arrive 30 minutes early to be seated and enjoy a welcome drink before the festivities begin.

Will there be valet parking?
Answer
Yes, valet parking will be available at the venue for a discounted rate of $35. We encourage all guests to take advantage of this service for a seamless arrival.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to our intimate guest list, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and celebrating this special moment with us.

Are children allowed?

While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only evening to allow everyone to relax and have a parents night out! Kids are welcome at the welcome party and the pool day!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged moment, phones silenced, allowing everyone to be fully present. We promise to share professional photos with you after!
