As soon as you know you can join us! To RSVP, please click on the RSVP tab here on our website and type your name. We will also provide a paper RSVP to specific guests if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us! All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". We ask that you kindly RSVP by the designated date given on your invitation.
If you do not RSVP by the designated date given on the invitation we have marked you as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.
You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the Bride or Groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be able to attend.
In an effort to keep our wedding. as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Your formal invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if you have received a plus one- they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us, but please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. The wedding party will be in suits and dresses. The Ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area (weather pending). Please take that into consideration when choosing your shoes. A jacket or layers is recommended as our open bar and yard games will also be housed outside.
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Please arrive by at latest 3:15pm to ensure you have plenty of time to park and make your way to your seats prior to the start.
Our Venue has on-site parking. There is plenty of parking at the fairgrounds in many grassy areas away from the wedding festivities. Please be considerate of people who may not be able to walk long distances when choosing your parking spot. You are allowed to leave your car overnight if you need to, but must be picked up by 9:30am sharp!
We’re having an unplugged ceremony! To allow our photographer to capture the ceremony with ease, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away while we walk down the aisle and for the remainder of the ceremony. We have decided against allowing photo's from guests at the ceremony to allow for ease of the process itself and our photographer. PLEASE! Take as many photos as you want after the ceremony and feel free to share on our QR code that will be provided the day of!
YES! The drinks are on us… the hangover is on you! We’ll be serving beer, seltzers, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Menu! Budweiser High noon White claws Spiked punch - Vodka base. Twisted teas Coors light Miller Light Soda's, Ice tea, lemonade, capri suns and water will also be available! Feel free to bring a few drinks of your own if you prefer, we ask to keep the hard liquor to a minimum for this event.
Our feast will be provided by Mary’s Smokehouse BBQ, along with in-house hot dogs, garden salad, and charcuterie boards. Get ready to eat, snack, and savor every delicious bite! Menu BBQ: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Ribs, Pulled Chicken Sides: Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Beans, Mac & Cheese, Cornbread Steamed Hot Dogs & Buns Sweets Cake, Cupcakes & S’mores at our S’mores Bar later in the night
We’ll have leftover containers available, so feel free to take some food home—there will be plenty to go around! Or snag a sweet treat if you’re heading out early… or just too full to fit another bite.
We welcome you to brave a Maine spring with us and spend the night! Pop a tent and bring a Mr. Buddy heater for extra coziness! If you plan to bring an RV, please let us know on your RSVP so we can coordinate with our vendor. For consideration of time, we kindly ask that everyone who plans to stay overnight wait to set up their tents until after the ceremony. Please feel free to bring camping chairs (More comfortable chairs) to set up outside the reception area if you would like! We kindly ask everyone to hold off until after the ceremony to bring them out! And most importantly… please do not drink and drive. Your safety means the world to us! Closest hotels are located in Augusta.
The Bride and Groom will make a quick change into more comfortable attire at 9:30 PM, after which we’ll rejoin the party for a S’mores Bar, more dancing, chatting, and fun until lights out!

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our wedding will be pet-free. That said, our two dogs will make a short cameo to say hello! They get excited and may jump, so please be prepared. Anyone who prefers to skip the pup visit will have access to the inside reception area during this time.
