Can I bring my kids to this wedding?

Answer

The welcome party, ceremony, and reception are all grown ups only. Sunday open house at the Adams Family Home, kids are welcome. However we recognize that many of our guests are new parents, and we're happy to help organize child care for the wedding and reception! Portland Nannies (www.portlandnannies.com) comes highly recommended and provides local, vetted childcare professionals for events or hotel babysitting. If you're planning to travel with young children, please reach out to us at lizfreeandcole@gmail.com so we can help coordinate!

How do I get from Portsmouth to the wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing buses to and from downtown Portsmouth. Otherwise, it's just a 15-minute drive. 61 Stratham Heights Rd, Stratham, NH 03885

We will specify on the invitation. That said, we recognize we may not be up to date on the important people in your life, so please do reach out if you feel strongly about bringing a guest!

Isn't the Dartmouth Class of 2013 10-Year Reunion The Same weekend?

Answer

Yes, unfortunately it is. We would like to point out that we had the date first and they changed theirs to overlap with the wedding. That said, if you would like to try to attend some of the reunion events, it should be feasible! It's about a two hour drive from Portsmouth to Hanover (or 1.5 if you drive like me...I made that trip a lot in college). So, you could choose to spend Friday night in Hanover for reunion stuff and drive to Portsmouth Saturday morning with plenty of time to spare (assuming you're not still drunk). I also think there will be events on Sunday that you could drive up for.
