How Liz and I met is kind of a funny story. We really weren't supposed to ever meet, or at least not meet each other at work. I worked at a Target in 2013 and Liz was on her way to interview at my store - the only problem was that she went to the wrong Target. When she checked in with HR, they had informed her she was at the wrong Target and needed to interview at the other one down the road. Luckily, my store needed someone ASAP so they gave her a job anyways. When I first saw Lizeth (aka the new girl at work) I thought she was pretty, but I didn't give it much thought because I didn't think she was over the age of 18 (forever babyfaced). Fortunately a coworker told me she was actually 21, and not just some highschooler with a summer job. This discovery led to me seeing Liz in a different light. I wanted to introduce myself to her, but never found the right way or time. Luckily for me, a coworker of mine was trying to get her attention as well, and I was able to piggyback on their conversations. And after working my charm, I was able to steal her away from the other guy (sorry Daniel). The rest is history. After one date with Liz, I knew my life had changed forever. She introduced me to so many new experiences in life and has made me a better man for it. I am stoked I get my happily ever after with this amazing woman.
