Christi and I met at work in 2014. She hired me to work for her at the very first oil & gas job I’d ever interviewed for. I didn’t know then that she would become a very special friend, but I feel so blessed to have her be standing next to me at my wedding. The friendship she offers is so pure and genuine. I believe she was put in my life for the absolute best reasons. She has guarded some of my best kept secrets and has been there for me through some really tough times. She’s proven time and time again that she is a friend who has a heart of pure gold. We’ve laughed more than we’ve cried together, and for that I am so thankful. You make our friendship so fun, Figgy! A friendship where we can dish it and also take it. Love you!

Michelle and I met in 2015, through our exes who were cousins! When that ended, my boyfriend at the time said to forget about her because she was no longer a part of his cousins life. 🙄, I messaged her on Facebook that night and we met up. The rest is history! We became the best of friends that exact night. We have been through it ALL! Partying, breakups, heartache, and even a time where we didn’t speak to each other. Our friendship bond was always stronger though. We overcame that hurdle, just like many others. The guys we me through are long gone! Michelle has a daughter, Maddie, and is now married to the man of her dreams. I am now also a mother and marrying the man of my dreams. We have cried together, laughed together, and now we get to enjoy being wives and mothers, together.

Joanna is the friend I’d call if I needed to hide a body, lol. She is a true ride or die friend with a protective heart. We met at work in 2014, where she took me under her wing and trained me the first week Christi hired me. I know I can always count on her tell me how it is, even if there’s a possibility that I won’t like her answer. She’ll always say, “now hear me out, this may sound harsh, but” before she gives her true advice. Friends like her are hard to find, but I’m glad to have found her. I was blessed to stand by her as a bridesmaid in her wedding and now she is returning the favor. Wouldn’t have it any other way, JoJo! Thanks for being who you are. My heart is filled with so much joy that you are a part of this very important day!

Cristina, my little cousin who is younger than me by 2 months. She was my first built in best friend. I remember growing up and doing EVERYTHING together! Our moms always had us wearing matching outfits. She has always been a cheerleader in my life! Someone who loves so genuinely and celebrates everyone so purely. I love you, Cristi! Thank for being there for me always and for being here on this very special day!! ❤️

Vyanka is my little cousin who I am so blessed to have in my life. She may say that she looks up to me, but I look up to her as well! She is a woman with guts whose ventured out and has followed her dreams. I love you, V! Thank you for always being so faithful and such a genuine person. Know that I’ll always be here for you! Ludy and I go way back to 2007 where we met because her brother in law who I’ve know all of my life, started a dance company and asked for me to join. It’s safe to say that we met through Eddie, who is also Albert’s best man! Ludy has been a great friend and we’ve been there for one another for some of the most important moments in life. I was also a bridesmaid in her wedding and now she gets to return the favor. So glad we’ve stayed great friends through out all of these years. I say friends, but more like family. Her kids call me Tia Liz and our daughter will grow up calling her tia Ludy! Love you, Ludy! Thank you for being here for me and always thinking of us like family. Fun fact: Robert, who is Ludy’s husband is also in our wedding as a groomsman.
