We first met while working at a restaurant in Houston—me (Liz) as a bartender and Christian as a barback. Our days were filled with late-night shifts and long hours serving the city, often getting home well past midnight. One night, Christian invited me out for a bite after work, and that simple gesture sparked a genuine friendship. Then came the pandemic, and like many, we found ourselves in lockdown—this time, together, along with Jaelyn. During that time, we took a spontaneous drive to Austin, and it quickly became clear that exploring new places and trying delicious food was something we both loved. From that point on, everything just fell into place. The rest, as they say, is history.
