The wedding and ceremony both will be at The Loft at Sunflower Trail. You can find the address and a link to a map under the Schedule page.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, so please plan to arrive prior to the start time! We are planning for the ceremony to be outdoors, weather permitting, so please plan accordingly.
The reception will begin immediately after the ceremony (approximately 5:00)! The bride and groom will be off for photographs immediately following the ceremony, but there will be light snacks and drinks available on the patio space next to the ceremony (weather permitting, of course).
Please make sure you're comfortable. There is no formal dress code, but we do request no jeans. We are planning an entire group photo at some point during the reception, along with other candid family photos during the evening, so make sure you think you look good. If you would like to coordinate with our wedding colors, they are navy blue, burgundy, and gold (check the colors of the invitations). The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, so make sure to wear something cool if it's going to be hot on our wedding day. The inside of the barn space has AC.
We are not providing any formal transportation to the wedding events, but the ceremony and reception are located at the same space. There is free parking at the venue and there will be signs leading you to the parking area. Of course, we want you to be safe if you plan on having some celebratory drinks with us, so please have a driving plan in place for after the reception.

If there are any dietary restrictions that we need to know about, please respond with that information on your RSVP so we can make sure that there are food options that will work for you.
The cocktail hour will include light snacks, and a full dinner will be served at 6:00. We will have BBQ, brisket, and smoked chicken for meat options along with several side options. We will have an open bar with beer and wine (please respond with what you'd like to have available to drink so we can try to have it on hand!), along with a signature cocktail and mocktail. There will also be water, sweet tea, and lemonade available. Of course, we'll also have a yummy cake!
Of course! We've invited your whole family, so bring the kids along. There will be outdoor games and other activities for the kids to participate in, and our DJ is going to play clean songs for the little ears in the room.
While your presence on our big day is present enough, we do have a registry for cash gifts on our website, if you would like to participate. Please see the Registry tab for more information and to contribute. Since we have been together for quite a while, we have all the things we need. We would really love a relaxing trip to spend some time together! If you would like to get us a gift instead, feel free to surprise us with whatever you wish.
We ask for no photographs to be taken during our wedding ceremony (we've hired a professional for that!), but please feel free to take photos during the reception if you want to. We would love to see your photos! Please use our wedding hashtag if you do post on social media, #LizAndToddSayIDo.
