Unexpected love. Liz started off their first conversation on Bumble by bragging about the Cubs winning the World Series when Ross was a Reds fan, and Ross showed up 20 minutes late to their first date at the Tap, which Liz usually wouldn’t have put up with (since she is always early), but she decided to wait for him. Good thing she did because the date went great after that and the two laughed and shared stories as if they had known each other for years! After that first date in November 2016, Ross and Liz were inseparable. Since then they have bought a new home together and live happily with their adopted Beagle, Paisley, and Liz’s (now Ross’s) Pomeranian, Gracie.

Ross popped the question while the two were vacationing in Riviera Maya, Mexico. After dinner, during a secluded walk on the beach, Ross surprised Liz by asking her to marry him! Liz, of course said yes, and was very impressed with the ring!
