It was time to start preparing for The Savage Race, a seven mile long obstacle course. We signed up to be on a team with some friend and a bunch of strangers. Our first team meeting involved us sharing a Nutella pizza, a group photo, but not much more. It wasn't until our second team meeting, in Downtown Dunedin, that we actually started to talk. I didn't want to go to that meeting but I ended up staying out later than planned. We had lots of laughs, shared an apricot beer, and the rest is history!

It was March 11, 2017. We took a bike ride to the beach on the Dunedin Causeway. It was gorgeous outside! We decided to stop and enjoy the waves on the beach. We found a bench with the perfect and unblocked view of the beach. That's where he (finally) popped the question! Oh course, I said yes!

We're getting married and we want you to celebrate with us! Get ready for delicious food, drinks, and lots of dancing! We want to have a great time with the people we love most!
