We are holding 15 Deluxe King rooms from Tues, 12/15/26, to Fri, 12/18/26. These rooms are held at this rate until the cutoff date 11/16/26. We are unable to provide transportation to the Le James venue from this hotel. If you would like to arrive early or extend your stay, once you make you reservation over the contracted dates (three nights 12/15-12/18/26), you can email shannon.hartman@palmettohotelcharleston.com. Shannon can assist with updating the reservation as needed or help with any challenges.

We are holding 15 Studio King rooms from Mon, 12/14/26, to Sat, 12/19/26. These rooms are held at this rate until the cutoff date of 10/31/26. We are unable to provide transportation to the Le James venue from this hotel. Hyatt House does not have double bed rooms, however they do have pull out couches in all rooms. If you need a true double bed room, you can book at the Lowline Hotel. NOTE: We do not have a wedding block at the Lowline.
