We have reserved a room block at our hotel for guests who would like to stay nearby and celebrate with us all weekend. Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the wedding venue for your convenience. We recommend booking early to secure your room within the block. Please note the cut off date for the room block is June 16. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We have also reserved a second hotel block located just an 8-minute walk from our primary hotel. This is a great option for guests who would still like to stay nearby if the main block fills up. While transportation to the venue will only be provided from the Hampton Inn & Suites, this location offers easy access and is a short walk to join other guests for the shuttle pickup. We recommend booking early to secure a room within the block. Please note the cut off date for the room block is June 16. We’re so excited to celebrate together!

Arrival: Hampton Inn & Suites → Lakeview Pavilion Shuttle transportation will be provided to Lakeview Pavilion for the ceremony and reception. Two departure times are available from Hampton Inn & Suites: 4:15 PM (prompt departure) 4:45 PM (prompt departure) Please be ready a few minutes early, as shuttles will leave on time. Return: Lakeview Pavilion → Hampton Inn & Suites Shuttle transportation back to the hotel will also be provided after the reception. Two return times are available from Lakeview Pavilion: 11:00 PM (prompt departure) 11:30 PM (prompt departure) Please plan accordingly, as shuttles will depart on time.
