This hotel is also located on the Indian Wells Golf Resort grounds, where the Welcome Party on Friday night will be. There are rooms still available at this room block! You can catch the shuttle to the wedding from this hotel. All rooms need to be booked by Jan 5th. Check out the pool on their website, this hotel looks like a lot of fun! A standard room in our room block will be $379.00/night plus taxes, resort fees, and parking. Info provided from the hotel, "Overnight Self Parking: $27.00 per car per day, discounted to $15 per car per night. Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells

This hotel is on the grounds of the Indian Wells Golf Resort, where our Welcome Party location will be on Friday Night. The Renaissance Esmeralda has newly renovated accommodations with distinctive mid-century modern details that draw upon the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains. It has a beach-entry resort pool, and 3 restaurants on-site. The book rate for this hotel over President's Day weekend is ~$700/night. We have a limited number of rooms secured for a discounted rate of $399.00/night. This room block is close to full or fully booked. All rooms need to be booked by Jan 5th. Rate does not include the $38.00 daily resort fee, $23/night self-parking, nor taxes which will be added on upon check in. Resort fee includes guest access to internet, fitness classes, yoga classes, bike rentals, pool, tennis, & basketball court access. A standard room has a King and a pull out sofa, or 2 Queen beds, you can choose which room type when booking. If you are a Marriott rewards member, you can use your points to upgrade your room after booking within the room block.

Indian Wells Resort Hotel

Indian Wells Resort Hotel is located across Highway 111 from the Indian Wells Golf Resort where Friday Night's Welcome Party will be located. This hotel has shuttles that will take guests to and from Indian Wells Golf Resort Hotel to the Golf Resort (Friday night event) across the street. Hotel Shuttle runs until 9 PM. DISCOUNTED rooms are $179.00 per room, with your choice of 1 King bed or 2 Double Beds (note these are not Queen beds, but Double beds). There is also an option to reserve a 1 Bedroom Suites for an additional $75.00 per night ($254.00/night). Rates are subject to a nightly $45.00 resort fee and 15.25% tax. Rate includes a buffet breakfast every morning, wireless internet throughout the hotel, newspaper in the lobby, 24hr fitness room, shuttle to and from the neighboring golf courses. Booking through our room block, Indian Wells Resort Hotel will waive the $18.00 nightly parking fee for each room. All rooms need to be booked by Jan 5th. We will arrange for the hotel shuttle or an independent shuttle to take hotel guests staying here to Toscana Country Club for the wedding ceremony and reception.

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)

You can fly into Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) which will be the closest option (15 miles from Toscana CC). This would be your closest option, however, a smaller airport so there may be less direct flights for those traveling from far. This is a good option if you don't want to rent a car.

Ontario International Airport (ONT)

You can also fly into Ontario International Airport (ONT) and rent a car and drive to "the desert." Ontario, CA is approximately 80 miles from the desert. This airport has some direct flight options but also some connecting options depending on where you are traveling from. This is a very easy airport to fly into.

John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA)

John Wayne Airport, located in Santa Ana, near Newport Beach and in Orange County is another great option for traveling to our wedding. If you are looking for an extended trip and want to visit Disneyland or the beaches, this airport could be a good option for you. SNA is 115 miles from Toscana CC, so you would have to rent a car. SNA offers some direct flights for those traveling from far, for example Delta has direct flights from Atlanta.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

LAX is probably the worst option but the cheapest for those flying into town. This is a better option if you are planning to make an extended trip for our wedding weekend. You could go site-seeing in Los Angeles and surrounding areas before or after the wedding. Choosing this airport will also require you to rent a car. LAX is 140 miles to the desert.
