Yes. Mountain Home’s annual Air Force Appreciation Day (AFAD) Parade and festivities at Carl Miller Park will take place on Saturday, September 12. Some roads may be impacted by parade routes, event traffic, and temporary closures earlier in the day.
Yes! Children are welcome to join us in celebrating. Please note that the reception venue is located next to the river with moving water, and we kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise children closely throughout the event. 💙
The dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, suits, sport coats, boots, and your favorite dressy attire. Western semi-formal (including a suit jacket and jeans) is perfectly acceptable! Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel your best—we’d rather have comfortable guests tearing up the dance floor than uncomfortable guests counting down the minutes until they can change. 💃🕺💙
