While there are so many amazing traits about Liz, John keenly remembers the first time he watched Liz interacting with Mia and knowing in that moment, just what an amazing mother and person she truly was. Anyone that knows Liz also knows that she’s the type of person that is always willing to go out of her way for others to help them anyway she possibly can, even at a disservice to herself. In the time that they’ve been together they’ve experienced many amazing live changing accomplishments together. Whether it be a move to Texas and thus starting new jobs or Liz graduating from college, John is excited for the many years and experiences to come and couldn’t imagine anyone but Liz by his side.

Liz fell in love with John's hysterical sense of humor, his whit, charm, intellect, & ability to motivate her to become a better version of herself daily. John is the kind of man that will give Liz his dinner if she made a made a bad selection, He will get the car in the middle of a storm so she doesn't get wet. He will binge watch a show he absolutely despises so that he can share an interest of hers. He's been there for her during some of the hardest moments in her life and has been there to enjoy really incredible ones too. He does more than check the box when it comes to understanding, compassion and patience. When Liz used to imagine the man of her dreams she described only half the man John is. Liz is so incredibly grateful for Johns unwavering love. Forever&Always, to infinity +1
Chloe
Maid of Honor
Chloe is Liz's sister and one of the most important people in Liz's life. There is no love like the love between sisters and Liz has been so fortunate to be on the recipient end of Chloe's. Chloe is funny in her own unique way, honest; even if its brutal, and always has and always will serve as Liz's psychologist, consultant, advisor, and best friend. John is eagerly awaiting the day she becomes his sister-in-law.
Kevin
Best Man
When Kevin was first born, John was slightly “tentative” (to put it mildly) to relinquish the title of only child. Fast forward some twenty years and a few brawls later and John truly understands just how lucky he is to have Kevin as his brother. Kevin has a great heart to match his witty sense of humor. Kevin has an extremely high level of emotional intelligence and consistently creates a positive impact on the lives of those around him. Kevin is truly the type of person to put others needs before his own. From the moment they first met Kevin has made Liz feel like they were already family and she couldn't be more excited to have the ability to be able to finally call him her brother. John and Liz are so proud of the man Kevin has become and cannot wait to see where life takes him next.
Stef
Bridesmaid
Stef met Liz when Liz moved to Texas. While Stef is a very recent friend Liz is so overwhelmingly happy that she too decided to relocate to Texas and cannot imagine calling Texas home without her. Stef is one of the most genuine people Liz has encountered and she is beyond lucky to have the privilege of calling her a best friend.
Mike

Mike and John first met last year when John was preparing to move down to Texas and as a result relied heavily on Mike during the relocation process as Mike himself had relocated to Texas just a year prior. John didn’t know it then but soon Mike would grow to become one of his closest friends. While Mike and John have only been friends for a little over year, John is extremely greatful to have Mike as a friend.
Sara
Bridesmaid
Sara became Liz's neighbor when she moved down the street at 9 years old. Since then Sara has been by Liz's side through thick and thin and Liz can't imagine not having Sara by her side on this momentous day. Liz is beyond lucky to have the relationship she does with Sara and cannot wait till they are 95 years old, sitting on rockers on the front porch, reminiscing about the good ole days and laughing till their tummies hurt. The good ole days will always be present so long as Sara's by Liz's side.
Sean
Groomsman
Sean and John first met when they both got transferred to the same precinct in May 2012. They pretty much hit it off right away while both were part of a elite crime prevention team (it was a stationary foot post) deployed by the commanding officer at that time. Whether it was working that footpost or pushing a sector car on midnights or just going out to grab a beer (ok a lot of beers) Sean and John always seem to have fun.
Steph
Bridesmaid
Steph is Liz's unofficial other sister. She has been a part of our family for over 15 years. Steph and Chloe were best friends and Liz was forced to love her as she would just never leave. Lucky for Liz she turned out to be a phenomenal person that has and always will be there for the constant group chats, the much needed advice, the shoulder to cry on, and the person to die laughing with. Liz is so overwhelmingly lucky to be able to experiance Steph's friendship, understanding, love and brutal honesty...especially when its directed at other people.
Brian
Groomsman
Brian is John’s youngest brother. He is also arguably one of the smartest people John knows (despite what Mia thinks, hence the “arguably” part.) Despite his age, John considers Brian to be one of the most self motivated people that he knows (a trait that John obviously instilled in him from a young age) John and Liz are extremely proud of everything Brian has already accomplished in both his personal and academic life and look forward to seeing how Brian progresses in the coming years. Liz is anxiously awaiting the day Brian becomes her brother-in-law and is regularly amazed by his generosity and intelligence.
Erin
Bridesmaid
Erin and Liz have known each other since 1st grade, more specifically CCD class, where Erin's mom taught. They lived around the corner from one another and that served them well as they grew older and developed a great friendship. Erin has been an influential person in Liz's life and Liz adores her beyond belief. From elementary school to adulthood Erin has witnessed Liz's highs and lows and has been a constant rock throughout her life. She has the best heart and is the kindest person anyone will ever encounter.
Ed
Groomsman
John met Ed in 2012 after being transferred to Ed’s command. At first it took John a while to actually approach Ed but after he did a friendship quickly formed. Ed was always someone John could count on to keep things in perspective at work which he admired. When Ed relocated to Texas in 2014, he and John stayed in contact. As a result in 2016 after much recruiting, Ed was the driving force behind John’s location, for which is he thankful.
Mia
Flower Girl
Mia is Liz's only child and the biggest blessing of her life. Liz is beyond proud of Mia every day and loves her more than words can express. Mia is Liz's biggest motivator, comfort, and joy in the entire universe. Liz is so grateful for the love Mia and John share and she cannot wait for John to officially step into the role as her father.
Lilli
Flower Girl
Lilli is Liz's niece and Mias best friend, or according to Mia, the only sister she will ever have. She makes Liz so profoundly proud and Liz savors every single one of her giggles, and sass. She hosts one of the most beautiful spirits and the world is certainly a better place now that she's in it.
Eddie
Ring Bearer
Eddie is Johns Groomsman Ed's son. Eddie is so smart already. He knows some sign language, he can hold a brief conversation, he can run like a champ, and he is the best big brother to baby Owen. Eddie brings so much joy, love, and life to all those he encounters and he will steal your heart in a no time. Eddie is the only reason Mia ever came around to the idea of having a younger sibling, which speaks volumes to how amazing he really is. John, Liz, and Mia are so overjoyed to have Eddie in their lives.
