What is the dress code?
Answer
We want you to be elegant but comfortable during the whole day, cocktail attire is the best option. We hope this mood board gives you inspiration on what to wear! Don't forget to bring a jacket, the weather in the Czech Republic can be unpredictable.

Are there any color themes or attire restrictions?
Answer
We would love for you to show up in pastel colors, please avoid white, gray and pink as these are the bride and groom colors.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?
Answer
Please arrive 5 min before the ceremony to ensure everyone is settled before we begin.
Question
What is the check-in and check-out time in the hotel?
Answer
Check-in: 14h to 18h Check-out: 10h It is possible to accommodate check-in outside the official hours but it needs to be arranged with the reception of the hotel via us. Please let us know as soon as possible if you check-in time would need special arrangements.

Will the couple pay for the guest's accommodation?
Answer
No, but we offer 50% discount on the regular price in the hotel where the reception will take place (Zámecký hotel Lednice) only for the night of the wedding. List of regular prices: The price of a double room on the 1st floor is CZK 2,570/night, including breakfast and fees. The price of a double room in the attic is CZK 2,170/night, including breakfast and fees. Extra bed CZK 800 including breakfast / child under 12 years CZK 600 Family room (2 x 2-bed room) 1st floor CZK 3,900 - attic CZK 3,500 If you would like to book a room in this hotel please inform us and we will do it on your behalf since they will invoice us for all the services together. Specify which type room and how many nights. We also shared another options in the "Travel tips" page but those options do not have discount and would have to be paid directly by you.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Hotel parking is available but limited. If full, guests can use the public parking lot. The fee (up to 100 CZK/day for one car per room) will be reimbursed at reception with proof of payment. Please confirm parking with reception on arrival.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We won't have arranged transport to arrive to the wedding. Lednice is a small town, you can go around it on foot or by bike. To get to Lednice we shared public train and bus options in "Travel tips" page.

What would be the perfect gift?
Answer
We don't require a gift, your presence is the most important for us. But if you still want to come with a gift, cash would be best.

Will food be served?
Answer
Yes, we will serve lunch and buffet for dinner. For drinks we will have wine and beer, if you want cocktails you can order them from the hotel's restaurant and they will be charged to your room.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Your invitation will indicate whether you have a plus one. We wish we could invite everyone, but we’re limited by venue capacity.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and the reception will be indoors, the photoshoot will be outdors. We recommend wearing sunscreen and (comfortable) nice shoes.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love for you to be present with us in the moment so please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture it all!

When is the deadline to confirm attendance?
Answer
Please RSVP and confirm if you would like accomodation in Zámecký Hotel Lednice by 30/1/2026 so we can finalize our headcount and make the necessary bookings.
