If any guest is interested in eating/drinking at the Club that is not during the wedding or engaging in activities such as golf, pickle, or tennis, we ask that you make a Guest Account. Credit/debit cards will not be accepted at the Club. To make your guest account, please call Karen Haskins at 603-544-2511 Ext. 336 no earlier than September 1, 2023. Please tell her you are apart of the Van Flandern/Boesch wedding weekend. She will ask you for your email, phone number, and mailing address. Any questions or concerns about this please reach out to Elizabeth or Hunter.

Is there a dress code for the weekend?

Bald Peak Colony Club Dress Code Policy ~ Clubhouse Dress Code - MALEs Acceptable Attire: Proper Golf and Tennis Attire Shirts must have collar and sleeves Shirts must be tucked in; UNTUCKit shirts are allowed Shoes with laces must be tied Sandals and flip-flops Workout clothes are allowed in the clubhouse only while in transition (ie: mail pick-up, The Turn & coming in and out of quest rooms) Unacceptable Attire: Hats, caps, and visors are not to be worn in the clubhouse Blue denim clothing of any style Ripped, faded, distressed or torn garments of any kind Tank Tops Cargo shorts or pants Hooded sweatshirts or sweatpants Workout clothes are not allowed in sitting or dining areas. ~ Clubhouse Dress Code - FEMALES Acceptable Attire: Proper Golf and Tennis Attire Women may wear shirts and blouses in the style for which they were designed (tucked vs. untucked) Sleeveless. halter tops and off the shoulder dresses and tops are allowed White Denim Sandals and flip-flops Workout clothes are allowed in the clubhouse only while in transition (ie: mail pick-up, The Turn & coming in and out of guest rooms) Unacceptable Attire: Blue denim clothing of any style Ripped, faded, distressed or torn garments of any kind Cut-off shorts or super short shorts - short/skirt length acceptable to 1 inch above fingertip length Tube/spandex tops, belly baring shirts, uncovered sports bras, sheer tops or tops with plunging necklines Hooded sweatshirts or sweatpants Workout clothes are not allowed in sitting or dining areas ~ Golf: Tucked in collared shirts Tennis: Tennis whites are required, please plan accordingly Pickle ball: Sportswear

How will I get around the Club?

Answer

We suggest you drive your car around the club, there is plenty of parking. However, if you are staying on campus, cars provided by the club can give you a ride to your rental house.

Am I driving to the Church?

Answer

Yes, we ask that you drive to the Church then back to your hotel or house. A bus will pick you up from your house or hotel and bring you to the reception at Bald Peak. Please look to the transportation page to see the location and time of your bus stop.

Driving to and from the Reception/After party:

Answer

Transportation back to your house or hotel will be provided at certain times during the reception and after party. Please see the transportation page for the following times and locations that will align with you. Transportation will be provided back to your private residence for those staying on campus. ** If you want to drive from your house or hotel to the club for the reception you can do so, just remember please no drinking and driving. You can leave your car at the club overnight.

Are children invited for the wedding weekend?

Answer

Kids are welcome to join in on the Friday fun plus Welcome cookout! However, our ceremony and reception are for adults only. Make it a date night!

Is there a policy for my cellphone?

Answer

Cell Phone Policy: Cellular Phone Use: Cellular phone use is permitted only in the Clubhouse Conference Room, Guest Rooms, Shoe Changing Room or in one's automobile and limited use "as needed" on the Beach.
