Camp Mendocino has sprawling woods to explore, and we'll have the entire property to ourselves for the full weekend. The wedding and reception will be cocktails attire but other than than, please dress how you would feel comfortable! You'll wake up surrounded by redwoods, able to visit with friends and family as you wander to to the mess call where you'll have a full breakfast and coffee. You can even make your own smoothie on a smoothie bike! You can have a relaxed day, wandering the grounds, playing card games or doing arts and crafts. Or you can explore the 2000 acres of nature, or if you're up for more adventure. We have lots of activities in store, including a zipline, ropes course, and archery. You might also get a visit from the resident goats who live on the camp, and a few other surprises! In the evening, celebrate Liz and Evan under the stars, and dance the night away with music by one of their favorite Sacramento bands.
You'll most likely be staying in one of the bunkhouses with family or friends that you know well. You'll also have a shared bathroom. Bunkhouses will have minimal electricity to charge phones and will have small camping lanterns. Bring a flashlight! If you have talked with the Liz or Evan about needing other accommodations onsite, please stay tuned for more details about your housing. See below for more photos of the bunkhouses and bathrooms.
