When should I RSVP by?

What Guidances Are There Due to COVID?

Answer

We will be following all CDC and State guidances at the time of the wedding. Further, we are requiring that all guests of age, be fully vaccinated. We are defining fully vaccinated as two weeks post second vaccination. You will be required to provide proof of vaccination when arriving to the ceremony. Please understand we are trying make this as safe as possible for all those attending our special day.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! If you need a babysitter and are staying at the Otesaga please contact them for a list of potential babysitters.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Summer Formal, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Ladies, the ceremony will be in a grassy area, think about those shoes. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with button-down, please no jeans, no polos, no short-sleeve button-ups unless your health requires you to wear something different. Literally ladies we can't recommend higher block heel, flats or wedges

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please check in on the schedule. There will be one in your hotel room when you arrive! If you are driving to the ceremony, and not staying overnight please arrive no later than 3:30pm for provide amble time to provide proof of vaccination.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is valet parking at the Otesage for FREE! For those staying at a local hotel, there will be a trolley to and from your hotel. Please refer to the welcome bag in your hotel room for pick up time and location.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes 100% please let Evan & Liz know and we will make sure you're all set!
