Shuttles will be arriving at the Fairfield Inn and Suites at promptly 2:30 and leave for the venue at exactly 2:45. This will be the only time shuttles will drive to the venue. Shuttles back to the hotel will pickup at 9:30 pm MST and 10:00 MST
