When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP and send us your menu choices online no later than 31st March 2022.

Where is the ceremony and evening reception being held?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Vaulty Manor

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 2pm so please aim to arrive no later than 1:30pm to allow time for seating. Our evening guests will start arriving from 7.00pm in time for cake cutting and the first dance at 7:30pm.

Should I book a taxi in advance?

Answer

Yes! We definitely recommend sorting your travel arrangements well in advance as you may not be able to book one on the day.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do! but with the exception of our pageboys we would like this to be your night off.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there any accomodation on site?

Answer

There are a number of rooms onsite, however we have had to reserve these for some family members. Should you require accommodation a list of recommended hotels and B&B's can be found on the 'Travel' page.

Is there any parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is ample parking on site. You are welcome to leave your cars over night but they must be picked up by 10am the next day.

Does the bar have a card machine?

Answer

Yes, Vaulty Manor will be running a cash and card bar during the day,

What would you like as a gift?

Answer

The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day. No gifts are needed or expected, however, If you do wish to give us something, a little contribution towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated. Alternatively if you would like to give us a gift, we would love for you to surprise us the old fashioned way.

I have food allergies, will I be able to eat anything?

Answer

Of course! Our caterer has assured us that all food allergies can be catered for as appropriate. She will amend elements of our menu to suit your needs or simply create a seperate dish which you can enjoy. If you have any food allergies please do let us know in advance.
