This markets is the perfect chance to discover items that are uniquely Detroit and Michigan made.
Located in the Cultural Center Historic District of Detroit near MOCAD. Another quick trip on the Q-Line from downtown. You could spend a whole day here and just skim the surface. Make sure to check out the Detroit Industry Murals by Diego Rivera.
The best spot for creative desserts and croissants. Liz's favorites are the blueberry cream cheese and pastrami with gruyere. They are to to die for. The giant macarons are amazing as well. Cannelle will not disappoint, but be forewarned, a trip here can hurt your wallet.
Belle Isle Park is a 982-acre island park located in Detroit with historic, environmental, and cultural resources that have been beloved for generations. The park is home to the Belle Isle Aquarium, Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory, Dossin Great Lakes Museum, Belle Isle Nature Center, the James Scott Memorial Fountain, and more! It is a great place to hang out at the beach and swim.
