This is a great place to get a bite to eat and a glass of wine that is close to the resort!
Seaside Transit Authority Bike Rentals
Want to ride bikes around beautiful seaside? This is the place to get your rental from! If you want to ride bikes around the resort you can also rent bikes directly from them.
Sundog Books
This is another fun shop in the middle of Seaside's central square that has books, vinyl, and unique gifts. Andrew and I love going here every time we visit!
Canoes and Kayaks at Watercolors Resort (Lakeside)
Explore the natural wildlife that inhabits our area with a canoe or kayak tour on Western Lake, one of several coastal dune lakes in this area, that let guests experience the beauty of nature. Canoes and kayaks are available seasonally from the WaterColor BoatHouse, directly on the banks of Western Lake. Guests staying at WaterColor Inn have access to use of these rentals for one hour each day; based on availability. Kayaking adventure tours around Western Lake are also available. Stand Up Paddle Boarding at Watercolors
The BoatHouse Paddle Club at the WaterColor BoatHouse offers guests stand up paddleboarding. Stand up paddleboarding is an easy-to-learn, adaptable activity well-suited for families and perfect for exploring Western Lake, one of South Walton's rare coastal dune lakes. The low impact activity is suitable for anyone from children to seniors and offers the chance to explore the natural beauty of WaterColor from a unique vantage point. Golfing Options
Whether you're an amateur or consider yourself a pro, you'll find a course to test any skill level. Take in a relaxing round or challenge your friends to a little healthy competition among the beautiful surroundings on these two private courses, accessible to guests of WaterColor Inn: Camp Creek Golf Club (designed by Tom Fazio); features a pure golf experience accentuated by a significant wetland system. Shark's Tooth Golf Club (designed by Greg Norman); located on the shores of Lake Powell, Florida's largest coastal dune lake, and offers a majestic wooded backdrop within acres of preserved wetlands. Also available is the public golf course, Origins Golf Club (designed by Davis Love III); a six-hole regulation course that alternatively plays as a ten-hole par 3 layout through the use of alternate tee boxes and auxiliary greens. Origins also offers FootGolf- a combination of golf and soccer.
