A shuttle will run from the two primary hotels and the venue twice prior to the ceremony and four times following dinner. Times the shuttle will arrive to the venue prior to the wedding: - 3:30pm (3:05pm pickup at Kahler Grand, 3:20pm pickup at Home2Suites) - 4:15pm (3:45pm pickup at Kahler Grand, 4:00pm pickup at Home2Suites) Times the shuttle will depart the venue: - 9:00pm - 9:45pm - 10:20pm - 11:00pm (last shuttle)
