Round Trip Transportation from the airport

Arrival Procedures: Look for LOMAS travel holding a sign "WELCOME TO ROSHAL & LOINETTE WEDDING" 1.- Proceed to the Immigration desk to present your documentation. 2. - Take your luggage and hand over the Customs Declaration Form to find out if you are subject to revision. 3. - Don’t stop at the Tourist Information or Travel Advisors booths, as they might be Time Share employees asking to check your documents or pretend to be Customer Service or even Lomas Travel. 4. - Locate your Lomas Travel airport Staff holding a sign that reads: WELCOME TO ROSHAL & LOINETTE WEDDING Our Staff wears a uniform comprising of a turquoise shirt and white pants. 5.- Please present this letter to your Lomas Travel airport staff. Before travel, about two weeks prior, TripGuy will send an electronic packet of documents out to everyone, and those will include the transfer schedule and all info guests will need as far as what to look for on arrival at the airport.

Please DO NOT book through a third party travel agency or directly with the hotel. Our link allows you to book in our room block, and have discounted rates throughout your stay. NOTE: We have a limited number of rooms at our discounted rates. We will book these on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you book your rooms, the better rates you are going to get. We are asking for an initial RSVP / Deposit Date of August 10th. You will need to pay a $100 REFUNDABLE deposit before then to reserve your room.

TRS / Grand Palladium Room Information

TRS / Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres has 3 sections of the hotel but they are the SAME PROPERTY. 1. TRS - TRS is the adults only portion of the hotel. Liz and Aaron will be staying at the TRS Section and we hope that most of our guests without kids stay here as well. Staying at TRS gets you access to the entire resort, including Grand Palladium. Some added benefits of TRS are a butler service and access to additional restaurants and bars and higher end drinks and food. 2. Grand Palladium - this section is a majority of the hotel and is family friendly. All wedding events will be at Grand Palladium. For those that want a more affordable option or have kids, please book at Grand Palladium. Caveat - you can't go to TRS if you are staying at Grand Palladium. Aaron and Liz will spend time on both sides of the hotel! 3. Family Selection - For a more elevated experience for those traveling with families, the Family Selection is a great option.

Travel Note

Dates of Stay

The hotel requires a 3 night stay minimum, so if you're only coming for 3 days, we recommend coming Thursday - Sunday. We are getting married on Friday so that you can have your own time on Saturday. The bride and groom will be there for the entire week, so feel free to extend your travel if you want! We have reserved February 7 - 12 at our discounted rate with the hotel. If you want to extend your stay beyond those dates, please just email our travel concierge, Trip Guy.
