Liza met Zach for the very first time for a cup of coffee at the Remedy in Winston-Salem. Neither one of them imagined that their first date would mark the beginning of something so special. From the moment they sat down together, the conversation was so easy, and they quickly discovered how much they had in common. Their coffee date turned into a game of Putt-Putt and then a dinner dateat the Village Tavern. They had three dates in one day! Although Zach was living in Charlotte at the time, he made the drive to Winston-Salem several times a week, just to see Liza. Within two months, he knew he wanted to be closer to Liza, so he bought a home and moved to Winston-Salem. From that moment on, Liza and Zach have been inseparable. Looking back now, it is clear that what started out as a casual cup of coffee became a life filled with love and laughter. They are living proof that the best thing brewing is not always in your cup, but may just be in your heart :)
