If you'd like to share a ride with someone to or from the venue, use this spreadsheet to connect with people (look at both tabs). If you are driving, have extra space, and are willing to offer a ride, we encourage you to connect with those looking for rides! Ubers are sparse once you get into the Berkshires, so we recommend having your return planned in advance.

Hilton Garden Inn Lenox Pittsfield

We have a block of 20 rooms at Hilton Garden Inn for $250 per night, with the option to stay one or both nights at that rate. The deadline for booking to get this rate is: April 22, 2023. Hilton Garden Inn is about 15 minutes from our wedding location. Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites

We do not have a block here but you are welcome to book it. This hotel is a 12-14 minute drive to the venue and the rates range from $135-150.

Hotel on North

We do not have a block here but you are welcome to book. This is a boutique hotel in downtown Pittsfield that is a 7 minute drive to the venue. Rates are in the $300-$350 range.

Train

The Berkshire Flyer Train

This Amtrak train goes from New York City to Pittsfield, MA (the town right next to the venue). Highly recommend and supposed to be very scenic!

Flight

Albany International Airport

In Albany, NY and a 1-hr drive to the venue. (Uber is available from the airport to the venue)

Bradley International Airport

In Hartford, CT and a 1.5 hour drive to the venue. (Uber is available from the airport to the venue)

Travel Note

There will be Ubers available from airports to the venue and hotels, however Ubers from the venue to hotels/airbnbs are hard to come by in the Berkshires. Some people may prefer to rent cars to allow for more mobility over the weekend. If you are not renting a car and need to get to the airport or train station on Sunday you can book a taxi through this link. THERE WILL BE SHUTTLES ON THE DATE OF THE EVENT.
