Parking at the Hotel

Answer

There is parking at the hotel with Valet service for $15 per night. The parking garage is located on the back side of the hotel on Summer street across from Barcelona Wine Bar. If the parking garage is full, you will be directed to a nearby parking garage by the staff.

Shuttles to and from Venue

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel, transportation will be available to and from the venue. Please meet the shuttle at the front of the hotel on Atlantic street. Hotel to Venue: 2 Shuttles departing @ 4:30pm Venue to Hotel: 1 Shuttle @10:00pm & 1 Shuttle at 10:30pm If you are not staying at the hotel or you would prefer to drive instead of taking the shuttle, there is a free parking garage at the venue.

Dinner will be cocktail style so there is no food options to choose ahead of time. Food will be available all night. Feel free to eat whenever you'd like!
