met Liza at work, and we instantly hit it off. What started as a friendship quickly turned into a sisterhood. She has become one of my closest friends and one of the greatest people I’ve ever had in my corner. When I heard the news that she and Owen were getting married, I was beyond happy for her. There is truly no one more deserving of a happily ever after than Liza. Watching her find a love that brings her so much happiness has been such a joy, and I couldn’t be happier for them both. 💗 And yes liza I cried typing this !! Idk how the hell im going to do the maid of honor speech 😩😭

I met Liza and Owen roughly around the same time, Owen in 2016 of college (Playing basketball at the gym every Saturday) and Liza in 2017 (through a friend group from home, we called ourselves the regal gang plus Liza). My friendship with each of them had grown exponentially through our common interest and similarities. At the end of 2019 Liza and Owen found their way to each other at smorgasbord in Brooklyn and it was all uphill from there. Liza became a weekend Farmingdale students and I got to watch their love grow first hand. To end things off I will say that I have never met two people like them before. They’re the most genuine, kind, and caring people I know. I look forward to celebrating their love with you all ♥️.

I met the bride through the groom at a halloween party before Liza and Owen were official. That night was THE night where Owen and Liza hit it off. I will never forget seeing the chemistry between Liza and Owen. I was one of the people who rooted for them to be a couple and as you can see their love still continues. My favorite thing to do with the bride is having a girls night which includes many things from wining and dining to deep conversations, face masks and comfy pajamas. GNO is always an amazing time with my girl, Liza.

Hi, I’m Jordan Ramos. I met the groom, Owen, at a Halloween party at FSC thrown by Allen. We really hit it off later on at a house party for Allen’s birthday, where we had a great conversation and got to understand each other on a deeper level. I genuinely love being around Owen—he’s one of those people who’s just easy to vibe with. My favorite thing to do with him is kick back and have a good conversation. He’s great company for a drink, playing sports, & and especially when it comes to real meaningful talks. Can't wait to celebrate Liza and Owen, they deserve such a special day!

At first, I thought she was a little silly—in the best way—but once I got to know her, I saw the heart and strength behind the sparkle. She’s the kind of person who shines even on her hardest days. I remember the day I met Owen like it was yesterday, An old friend of ours had been talking about his friend from college and I could not wait to hang out. One of my favorite memories of him was our first time airsofting. I knew he had my back and I had his 100% percent. Ever since then I knew he would be a ride or die homie and thats how its been ever since. Now, as he moves onto the next step of his life im grateful to call him and his bride very close friends, friends I would give my kidney for (but not my gallbladder because I gave that away already) if they ever needed it!

Everyone needs a wacky & zany friend, and I’m honored to be that friend for both Owen and especially Liza! Owen’s been a great friend since college and I did not think the best thing he could have given me was another way cooler friend (which is Liza teehee). Our favorite obsession is The Weeknd and dancing (especially songs from The Weeknd!). Liza lets me be my true self and I love how we can jump from serious conversations to just breaking out in full dance! Never a dull moment between us haha. I still remember meeting Owen during one of his shifts in the gaming room at college. We ended up getting challenged to a game of doubles pool, and somehow we pulled off the win. From that day on, he became my go-to teammate whenever there was a game to be played. I also remember the first time I met Liza when I stopped by Owen’s dorm. Watching your friendship grow into the incredible relationship you have today has been such a privilege, and I couldn't be happier to celebrate this next chapter with both of you. ❤️🥂

From as far as I can remember until now that I am preparing to be the lady ring bearer at her wedding, I have loved and admired Liza as if we were birthed from the same parents. Throughout our years of life together, we didn’t see each other all the time but the bond we share has held us together so strongly. Our dads grew up as close as we are so I’m so grateful we‘ve been able to carry their friendship into our own and develop a lifelong sisterhood. Liza is one of the most selfless, strong willed, smart and loving people I’ve ever met in my life and I’m so proud to be apart of her journey. I know in this next chapter as she marries Owen she will take on being his wife with grace, love and respect as she does with everything else she does in her life. Before Owen & Liza’s special day, I have to say how honored I am to have witnessed their amazing journey. I met Owen my 2nd year at Farmingdale as we bonded over basketball and music. The next year we became roommates and even after I graduated we got together almost every weekend to play basketball. Except for one weekend in the fall of 2019 when we met Liza on a trip to the city, celebrating my birthday. So yes, outside of Allen I will say I’m partially responsible for the start of their beautiful relationship. All jokes aside, it was clear Liza was such a vibrant and charismatic person. She even got us to try and escape room after enjoying some great food; a combination that would become somewhat of a tradition for us together in the years to come. I always see them go above & beyond to celebrate each other and those around them. I’m forever grateful for their friendship and so excited to finally give their love the celebration it deserves.
