Hotel
A block of rooms is available at the historic Menger Hotel. The rate of $149 a night (plus 18% local, state tax) is available Wednesday, May 13th - Sunday, May 17th. (The wedding is Saturday, May 16) Once you click on the link, it will allow you to select the dates/number of nights and the type of rooms: Classic King or Two Doubles with balcony. Use your computer versus your phone to open the link. When you click the link it may say "dates not available' - just click the calendar on the dates you want and click the UPDATE button. (Do NOT click on the continue shopping button or it will take you out of the discounted rate area and charge you the higher rates) If you are using your phone, the EDIT has to be clicked on before and after the dates. Travel Note
The only block of reserved rooms will be at the Menger hotel. There are a variety of hotels and Airbnbs located along the River Walk if preferred.
Flight
SAT is less than 15 minutes to downtown. Ubers/Lyfts are available.
Travel Note
The hotel, ceremony, and reception are all within walking distance of each other. There will be a small break between the ceremony and reception to allow time for wedding party pictures. We invite guests to explore downtown or take a quick break at the hotel. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30pm.
