If you are flying in from out of town, we recommend flying into Denver International Airport. (Although you could also fly into Colorado Springs.) You will need to get to Glen Isle from Denver via car as there are no direct public transportation options. We recommend renting a car so that you can more easily explore the area, but you could also get an Uber/Lyft ($75 - $200 one way) to Glen Isle. The town center of Bailey is only about 1.5 miles from Glen Isle and there is a country road you can walk down to get there. If you’re curious about whether anyone is available to carpool from Denver to Bailey, feel free to reach out directly to Allie and Liza. Glen Isle is located immediately off highway 285 just past the town center of Bailey, CO.
If you are staying at one of the locations we have arranged for guests, there will be a shuttle service to and from Glen Isle. The shuttles will be running laps from 2:30-3:30pm to get you to the wedding on time and then after the reception there will be a single shuttle running from 11pm-1am. After the ceremony and reception, if you are staying elsewhere, your housing is within 10-15 minutes of Glen Isle, and you have been drinking, we can arrange to get you back home via our shuttle service.

On Saturday, there will be a grab-and-go snacks for breakfast available at Glen Isle Kiva for all. All guests will be on their own for lunch. There will be dinner at the wedding reception and a farewell brunch on Sunday. There is a coffee shop with drinks and pastries available for purchase located inside the Glen Isle Kiva. There are many lovely breweries, restaurants, and cafes in Bailey and neighboring towns!
While we love your little ones, we want this to be a weekend off for parents to enjoy and celebrate! If you need help finding a sitter in Denver or Bailey, please contact Liza or Allie and we will try to provide some names. If your kids are coming with you for the weekend, they are welcome at the Welcome Party and the Brunch!
Adventures of your choosing ! Hiking, fishing, disc golf (entire course at Glen Isle!), reading by the river, exploring Bailey and Conifer. There are many hikes around with beautiful views.
There is always the possibility of a summertime mountain thunderstorm. We ask for flexibility on the timeline based on the weather. If there is more than a fairly quick, passing thunderstorm, there are inside spaces at Glen Isle that we will move into. Glen Isle has umbrellas in the event we need them, but it is always a good idea to pack a rain jacket and/or umbrella.
Yes! There is ample parking on Glen Isle property. If you are staying at one of the sites we have reserved, we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding.
Please do not bring your dogs/pets. Despite the lodges stating that they are dog friendly, it will be far too chaotic to have dogs present as we have many dog lovers in our lives. The lodges have also asked that we do not bring dogs for wedding weekends.
Yes! There are a few bathrooms connected to the lodge that are for campers. However, there is no power source at the campsites, so if you are using an RV/camper, you will need to bring a generator for power.
After receiving your RSVP and answers on your lodging preferences, Liza and Allie will begin coordinating accommodations. You do NOT need to make any reservations for a room or cabin at one of the sites we have reserved, we will take care of it! Please note that some people will be sharing cabins (not rooms) with new friends! We will clear these arrangements with said guests before finalizing the cabin assignments. This is necessary to maximize space at all locations. We will communicate with you via email about cabin assignments and payment. You MUST pay Allie and Liza for your lodging before you will receive information on where you are staying. More information will be provided once your RSVP is received. We will coordinate payment through Venmo, Zelle, or similar platforms.
Please direct your questions to our day-of coordinator and dear family friend, Caitlin Ryan! Her phone number is 303-906-0486 and email is neonheartseventco@gmail.com
We have planned for guests that are listed in your party when you RSVP. So, when you enter your name in the RSVP, your party (family and any plus ones) will populate.
To help us organize lodging at one of the locations we have arranged, please RSVP no later than February 1, 2025. If you RSVP after this date and would like to stay at one of our locations, it is not guaranteed that there will still be space available and you will have to book your own accommodation. If you are not planning to stay at one of our arranged sites, please RSVP by May 1, 2025.
No, Glen Isle will only accommodate a portion of our guests. We have reserved additional lodges in Bailey for our guests. **NOTE- In the event that more people want to stay at our reserved sites than we have room for, we will communicate well in advance the need to find alternative accommodations. We do encourage larger groups or families that would like to stay together to look into renting a house nearby. We will be able to provide transportation for you back home after the wedding on Saturday night. It is very important that we get RSVPs early so we understand how many rooms we need. There will be some people sharing cabins (not rooms) with new friends! However, we will clear these arrangements with those that we are putting in cabins together before we finalize the cabin assignments.
The "Early Bird" Pricing (if you RSVP by Feb. 1), will be in the ballpark of $175 total per person for both nights (Friday and Saturday night). The cost is subject to some change depending on final headcount and which lodge/cabin you are in. We will inform you and the group if anything changes.
