We're so excited to celebrate with you!

Alex and Liza met through mutual friends at Bullfrogs in Hoffman. Six months later, Alex slid into Liza's DM's after she posted a picture at the exact bar where they met. After about a month of simple conversation, we had our first date. Alex fell in love with the Liza's positivity and the structure that she encouraged, and Liza fell in love with Alex's confidence and just go with it attitude.

While we were on vacation, Liza kept reminding Alex and Avery that she wanted one good family picture for their Christmas card. The day came for the picture, and Avery was insistent that she would not be leaving the car. After trying to persuade her out, Liza gave up and Alex took over. 15 minutes later, Avery came skipping through the parking lot with a big smile on her face demanding that they take their picture immediately! After pictures were taken, Alex reached into his pocket and pulled out a necklace that he gave to Avery. Avery began running around the vineyard as Alex pulled another box out of his pocket! Little did Liza know, when Alex was talking to Avery in the car he told her about his plans and asked to be her bonus dad forever. Both Avery and Liza said yes, and we can't wait to make it official!

Although we are so excited to be husband and wife, we are even more excited to officially be a family. Avery is the perfect addition in our lives. She is never too serious, and Alex is the best at making her belly laugh when the world is ending! Being a blended family isn't always easy, but we wouldn't change it for the world.
