Wedding day shuttle

July 11, 2026 3:45 pm - 11:30 pm

A shuttle will be taking guests from the Grand Hyatt to the ceremony and back to the hotel at the end of the night. One bus will be leaving the wedding venue early at 9:00pm for those who want to end the night a little early. All guests are welcome to use the shuttle even if they are not staying at the Grand Hyatt; however, they will need to arrange transportation to and from the Grand Hyatt if they are not staying there.

We recommend getting a rental car due to the lack of Ubers/Lifts in the Midway area.

There are many Airbnbs and VRBOs in Midway, Heber City, and Park City. If you choose to stay in one of these cities, you will be anywhere from 5-30 minutes from the wedding venue. Choose the place that works best for you and is near the places you want to explore during your time in Utah.

SLC airport is about 50 minutes from downtown Park City and 1 hour from Midway (the venue location)
