Question

How Do I Adjust to the Altitude?

Answer

Vail sits at 8,150 ft so it is very important to stay hydrated to avoid altitude sickness. Before traveling to, and while in Vail, make sure to drink plenty of water and pace yourself. Alcohol and caffeine intake should be used with caution. If you have any medical concerns, please consult with your physician and there are medications that can be prescribed to prevent altitude sickness. We recommend guests arrive at least two days prior to the wedding in order to adjust to the altitude. During those two days, please take it easy and stay hydrated.

Question

How Do I Get To The Wedding Venue?

Answer

Our guests will take Eagle Bahn Gondola to/from our wedding ceremony on the mountain! There is no gondola charge for our guests. Please note that the correct gondola is Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village (do not take Gondola One in Vail Village). There will be shuttle service from Vail Village (1 Willow Bridge Road) to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception, and from the reception back to Vail Village.

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

To honor this special occasion, we kindly request that you dress in black tie attire. Let's make this a night of timeless elegance and unforgettable memories. For more information, please visit the events section of our website.
