What's the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual. We want you to be comfortable, and a little spiffy. No jeans please but don't wear a tux! The ceremony will be outside so be cautious when choosing footwear (heels could be challenging!) Think sundresses, a skirt with a blouse, floral prints, light colored suits, khakis or slacks with a button-down shirt. Cope Environmental Center has a beautiful "Living Building" where the reception will be held but it is located on a 130 acre nature preserve so expect to spend some time outside and maybe even wandering the beautiful grounds.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible is appreciated but please try to let us know by August 10 A prize will be awarded to the guest who RSVPs first so don't miss out!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes There is a large outdoor area where kids can play and another small play area nearby.

Sure! Just make sure to include them in your RSVP.

There is a full parking lot at Cope so don't you worry!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Since we have been living together for a few years, we already have a lot of items most people register for. There are a few bigger items we would love to have that you can contribute towards. We are also asking for donations towards our honeymoon fund or towards the down payment for our first home. We would also love a personalized, thoughtful, homemade gift. If you decide to honor us with a gift and you would prefer to have it delivered to our home, you can send it to 3217 Daytona Ave in Cincinnati, OH 45211 If none of these appeal to you, we will gladly expect CASH :)

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Cope has a beautiful, self-sustaining building we will be using for the reception (with AC and a fully functional bathroom). However, the building is nestled within a nature preserve so although we can plan on eating and hanging out indoors, there is plenty of nature to enjoy if you're in to that kind of thing.

Wait, so this is just a reception?

Answer

Yes! You have been invited to come party with us immediately following a small, private ceremony being held at Alivia's parents property. Unfortunately, the property can't accommodate all of the people we love and want to celebrate with so we've decided to only have a small group present for the ceremony & everyone else will meet us at the reception.
