FAQs

The Wedding Website of Olivia Lynn and Ryan Limpus
If you have any other questions than what's listed, Please contact someone in the wedding party or the bride/groom *Reminder that the venue sits on the CST/EST timezone*
Question

What to wear?

Answer

CREATIVE Semi-formal I want to see fun, wild, and sexy. Kinda "out-dress the bride" vibes. *My only ask is that you stick to wedding colors located under the "gallery tab"!!!* Check out the Pinterest link below for examples. Guest Pinterest inspo: https://pin.it/2FAWNL6uQ

Question

Parking

Answer

Parking is available both for the wedding venue and the rehearsal space. Be mindful that the area is *mountainous*. The roads are smaller and curved, many being gravel roads. We only have safe driving tolerated, that means no impaired driving. If you cannot drive, there will be a couch provided for you.

Question

Plus Ones

Answer

Due to space, some do not have plus one on their invites :( We promise you will meet some really cool people or will be with people you already know!

Question

Children welcome?

Answer

NOPE :) not to the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. If you need childcare recommendations we have some, don't worry! You're not alone, there will be multiple babies present, just not at the wedding! Paradise Pointe cabins are extremely child friendly, and include a large indoor swimming pool & cabins with children centered themes. ***Please contact the Mother of the Bride for babysitting options offered by the wedding venue.***

Question

Indoors/Outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both! The Venue will have several spaces both covered and uncovered. Depending on weather, of course (crosses fingers) the ceremony will be located at the covered pavilion, the cocktail hour is on the tree deck, and the night ends with the reception at the greenhouse! Be mindful of the weather in the southeast, we are hoping for warmer days, but nights can be cooler. I suggest bringing a coat of some kind in the car (sincerely, a cold bride).

Question

Phones, Photos & Social media

Answer

Phones: Firstly, the most important rule, NO PHONES AT CEREMONY. You will be asked to leave if any part of the ceremony is interrupted by a cellphone. Please turn them off or put them away and on silent. You will have plenty of opportunity to take photos afterwards, don't worry! The reception will include disposable cameras for your use, leave them in the designated basket at the end of the night! Photos/Social media: Photos after the ceremony can be downloaded to shared wedding photo link provided (there will be signage with a code!). You can post to social media platforms, but don't forget to send to us :)

Question

Lodging?

Answer

For options please check the travel table! If you cannot book a cabin through their website or through the number listed, please contact Christine Daniels (MOB). Paradise Pointe has been a hard company to work with (lol). ***BE SURE TO MENTION THE BRIDE/GROOM WEDDING FOR THIRD NIGHT DISCOUNT**** For smaller groups not driving back to Chattanooga/elsewhere, I suggest getting a room at the Groovy Nomad. The prices were great and the rooms are 70s styled! (waiting for an update on if there's a wedding block option)

Question

What's to eat?

Answer

If nothing changes, for the reception dinner we've planned to honor Ryan's Italian roots. The chicken option will *most likely* be Chicken with alfredo pasta. The veggie option will most definitely Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti. Dairy free option TBA as we come up on the wedding date. *If you have any allergies not listed on RSVP please contact someone on the wedding party.*
