Question

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our incredible photographer of Elite Images will be taking beautiful pictures for us all to enjoy. We ask that you keep your phones away and refrain from taking pictures and videos. We invite you to be fully present during our short ceremony. Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception! Help us capture the love and use our wedding hashtag #livinlavidaloizos

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have a small registry set up here on Zola! You can find it on the Registry tab. Our preferred "item" is listed as our honeymoon fund, but there are also a few items on our registry from Bed Bath and Beyond. We have a lot of "stuff" and do not need much more, but a trip to explore Greece and Italy together has always been our dream!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold our ceremony and cocktail hour outside amongst the beautiful gardens of the English Manor, weather permitting. If there should be undesirable weather, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved into the designated space indoors. Our reception will be indoors regardless.

Are our children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us.

Where should our guests park at the venue? Is parking free?

Answer

The English Manor has a large free parking lot for those guests that are driving themselves that day. Valet parking is not provided. The parking lot is within steps of the venue’s entrance.

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles for guests staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel to the English Manor. These shuttles will run approximately 2 hours prior to the ceremony and 2 hours after the reception.

Question

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We are planning to have an after party back at the DoubleTree hotel’s main bar. For guests who want to continue the party, they can take the provided shuttle to the hotel. After party should begin around 11:30.
