Welcome Gathering

8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We know many of you have traveled from far and wide, some even from across the seas, to be here. We're excited to spend as much time together as possible, so please join us for drinks and snacks the night before the big celebration! P.S. The food will be hors d'oeuvres style, so we recommend having a proper dinner beforehand.

Coach buses will transport guests to the venue from the Wyndham. The first bus will depart at 4:40 PM and the second at 4:50 PM, ensuring ample time to reach the venue before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM. The doors at Vie will open at 5:00 PM. After the reception ends at midnight, buses will be available to take guests back to the hotel. One bus will go directly to the hotel, and the other will head to The Plough and Stars in Old City Philadelphia, the location of the after party. If you are driving directly to the wedding venue, on-site valet parking will be available.
