Ceremony
5:30 pm

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive by 5:15 PM to be comfortably seated. The ceremony will take place on the beach just across from the resort—only a short walk away—and golf carts will be available for anyone who needs assistance. We’d love for our guests to arrive in semi-formal, beachy chic attire, shoes are not required!
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The cocktail hour will follow the ceremony at the Old Captiva House on the resort. Guests can enjoy a short walk there or request a golf cart if needed. A grazing table full of charcuterie and fresh local seafood will be available for everyone to enjoy.
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception will begin at 7:00 PM at the Old Captiva House. Dinner will be served buffet-style with two entrées and a selection of local vegetables, seafood, and meats. Dancing and festivities will begin at 8:00 PM and continue until 10:00 PM. With the sun setting around 8:25 PM, guests are invited to enjoy the stunning sunset from the beach or the Old Captiva House while celebrating and dancing the evening away!
Afterglow

The afterglow at the Tiki Bar is completely optional and is perfect for guests who wish to continue the celebration into the evening!
