Is there a shuttle to the hotel from the airport?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is NOT. However, you can use your American Uber account to travel from the airport to the hotel. You’ll also have numerous cab drivers approach you once you exit customs, and you can also try them. If the price sounds crazy (shouldn’t be more than $40-$50), move on to another driver. Keep ya head on a swivel!

What's going on the day of the wedding? What time should I/we arrive to the ballroom?

3/23/23: Feel free to enjoy your complimentary hotel breakfast, and hang out by the pool, before you head to your rooms to prepare for the event!!! WE ARE STARTING PROMPTLY AT 6:30pm… NOT PANAMANIAN TIME! This means, be in the elevator by 6 – 6:15pm on your way down to your seats. Be dressed to the 9’s and prepared to PARTY! Cost for activity: PRICELESS!!!

Why is the AFTERPARTY the next day, and what's that about?

3/24/23: After Thursday night, you'll need some time to RECOVER!! Wake up Friday morning, grab a bite, chat with new friends/family, go to the mall across the street, take a dip in the pool, basically you can do whatever you like 😊 4pm the bus will meet us at the Riu Hotel to take us to the AFTERPARTY! Dresscode: STYLISH! Summer party attire. The afterparty cost includes round trip travel from the hotel to the venue, a 3-course Dinner, a show, and partying. Be prepared to take plenty of photos and videos. Cost for activity: $60 per person (children can attend)

Where will the catamaran be taking us, and how much everything?

3/25/23: The bus will pick us up from the hotel promptly at 7:45am. The Catamaran will travel to the PEARL ISLANDS. Neon-colored beachwear is the theme, but totally optional! The cost includes roundtrip travel to and from your hotel, breakfast on the boat, unlimited soft drinks, BBQ lunch on the beach, a DJ, Sun awnings and beach chairs, beach games, and an afterparty on our way back to the mainland at 4pm. I know it's early, but you'll have plenty of time to sleep when you get back to where you live. THIS WEEKEND...WE WILL TURN UP! Cost for activity: $170 per person

Is there a dress code?

YES! Formal, black tie attire is A MUST! We want to see a sea of fabulously dressed guests partying in our videos and photos! Tuxedos or black/dark suits and long evening gowns/formal (long) cocktail dresses. Trust me, you don't want to be the only person there dressed like you didn't get the memo!
