We met while working together in Columbus, Ohio. We were scheduled to work on an out of town job together in the small town of Findlay, Ohio. With little else to do after work we found ourselves spending time with each other and we quickly bonded over our shared affinity for sushi, Eminem, and American Ninja Warrior. For the remainder of that summer we continued to get to know one another however, that Fall Megan made the decision to move to Denver. It was during those few months before I moved to Denver that Megan and I remained close over discussing Harry Potter as Megan finished her first read of the series that I realized our friendship could turn into something more and Megan probably realized I was a nut. Almost nine months after Megan made her move I did the same and we were back to living in the same city. Our first summer together in Denver found us spending almost every weekend camping, hiking and exploring our new home city together. By that fall we stopped putting off the inevitable and began sharing our life together along with our puppy Ellie. Three years later we look back on everything that was and what could have been and smile at the way everything turned out. Megan and I cannot wait to share that happiness with our friends and family during our special day.
