When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our Zola website by 07/15/2020. This gives us a month to finalize all plans to make our wedding memorable! Please make sure you are entering only ONE guests name. Entering both names will cause you to be locked out. If you previously RSVPed, please do it AGAIN. There were some changes to the information, location, and timing of the ceremony.

What happens if COVID-19 ruins our Plan B date?

Answer

We have a Plan C believe it or not! If for some reason, we are not able to have our ceremony and reception on August 15th, we are planning to have it on our one year anniversary next year, 2021. We would do a renewal of our vows and a reception. Just so you have a heads up!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We want our wedding to be your night off! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be adults only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says, "And Guest", then yes! If not, we prefer if it is just you.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We prefer it to be semi-formal or cocktail attire. We want our guests to be comfortable while celebrating with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

At Durham Hill Farm, there is a large parking lot and free valet parking for all guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the "Travel" tab on our website to view our recommendations for hotel accommodations. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Plumsteadville Inn for this weekend. Please let them know you are part of the Bedics Mclaughlin wedding group. The Inn is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the reception and is the after party location.
