Are flights included when we book?

Answer

Please note that flights are not included in our booking process through our website. You’ll be responsible for booking your flights separately through these recommended sites, Booking.com or Expedia.com or any site you feel comfortable booking with. Please ensure that your flights match your dates of booking with the resort. A passport is needed for this destination. Transportation from the airport to the resort is available for purchase on our site when you have your flight information confirmed. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate this special day with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest and want to keep it intimate with our loved ones. As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity, we can only accommodate those specific seats reserved for those listed on your invite. Thank you for understanding.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the provided date, November 30, 2025, it will be marked as “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to give a total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding.

I can’t attend. What should I do?

Answer

If you cannot attend, please indicate your absence by declining the invitation on the RSVP tab on our website. If you do not respond by the deadline November 30, 2025, your “no” will automatically be filled for you and your attendance will be counted absent. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Although we will be in paradise, we want to see you dress to impress. We are excited to have a semi-formal tropical cocktail attire. Men, slacks with button-down shirts & ladies, semi-formal dresses. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories & creams.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and no pictures or videos will be taken during the ceremony. We have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day, that way you can take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them. Thank you for understanding.
