The ceremony is scheduled to take place on the beachfront of the venue property at 282 Beach City Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. However, in the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the large field at the venue property under a large tent.
The reception will take place in the backyard of the venue at 282 Beach City Road, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Please arrive no later than 3:30pm so that you have time to be seated at the location of the venue where the ceremony will be held prior to the bridal party entering.
You can do either. However, we do prefer guests to RSVP online.
You must RSVP no later than March 30, 2019. Invited guests who do not RSVP may not be granted entry to the wedding.
The dress code is beach formal.

Yes, five hotels have confirmed rooms blocked for the wedding weekend. Some hotels will have special rates starting on Thursday, while others will offer special rates from Friday through Sunday. Please visit the Travel page, which lists all the hotels we have rooms reserved for wedding guests at.
Some hotels may offer roundtrip shuttle services to the venue. Please contact the hotel you are booking directly to see if they offer shuttle service to our venue location. We recommend hailing a Lyft or Uber from the venue or have a designated driver in place if you are planning to drink.

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available outside the gates of the venue on either side of the street leading to the venue (just past the block of condominiums). However, arranging carpools and hotel shuttle service will limit congestion outside the venue.
Plus ones are only permitted for couples that received an invite addressed to both guests.
No children are allowed unless they are part of the bridal party. All other children will not be permitted.
The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. In the event of rain, there will be a large tent set up for guests.
There will be a cocktail reception immediately following the ceremony where hors d'oeuvres, such as bruschetta and shrimp and grits, will be served to wedding guests. Dinner will be served during the reception and there will be a dish for everyone regardless of dietary restrictions or food allergies. Dinner will include options such as a garden salad, salmon and beef tenderloin, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, and rice pilaf.

Of course! We want you to enjoy yourselves and not hold back on that dance floor! There will be bar service available to wedding guests that includes wine, beer, and spirits.
No, you will not be permitted to take any pictures during the wedding ceremony in an effort to preserve the intimacy of the event. We have hired professional wedding photographers for the event and they will be available throughout the day and evening taking pictures of special moments that include the wedding party and guests. During the reception, you are free to take pictures and/or post photos of the event to your social media networks. However, please ask any members of the wedding party that you wish to take a picture with whether or not they are comfortable with you sharing the `pictures on social media.
We do not have a wedding registry. Please contribute to one of the cash funds listed on the Registry page of our website or donate money or gift cards to the bride and groom.
The send-off of the bride and groom will begin at 10:00pm. Guests will leave the premises after the bride and groom have made their grand exit.
